Description

The M48 Patton is a medium tank that became an icon of American armor during the Cold War. Named after General George Patton, this tank was produced from 1952 to 1961 and served in many armies around the world. The M48 Patton was used in the Korean and Vietnam wars. It remains in service in some armies to this day, although it has been replaced by more modern tanks.
