Description

The Cromwell Mk.IV was a British medium tank used during World War II. It was introduced into service in 1944 and was used mainly by the British Armoured Corps. This tank was known for its speed and manoeuvrability, which allowed it to operate effectively on the battlefield. The Cromwell was equipped with a 75mm main gun and a 600hp Rolls-Royce Meteor engine. This provided it with good firepower as well as mobility and the ability to move quickly on various types of terrain. The Cromwell Mk.IV played a vital role in the Normandy campaign and in subsequent Allied operations in Western Europe. Tanks of this type were also used by the 1st Polish Armoured Division (the so-called Black Devils) of the Polish Armed Forces in the West during World War II.

The mini-model made of COBI construction blocks was designed in a scale of 1:72 and consists of 110 high-quality elements. When built, the tank is 9cm long. Despite its compact size the model has perfectly retained all the most important features of its historical inspiration! There are British markings printed on the sides of the vehicle. The tank can be moved thanks to the mounted wheels. The tank's turret is also movable and can be rotated.

The model is a perfect start to your adventure with COBI construction blocks. Cromwell Mk.IV is also an interesting model and gift for collectors.
